Right of Entry <br />Colowyo's right to use the BLM and State surface is granted by the Coal Leases and is <br />stated as part of the LMU document. Refer to the enclosed Attachment A for additional <br />information. For the BLM lands interspersed between the Colowyo owned lands outside <br />the LMU, Colowyo has the BLM Grazing Allotments and has applied for and been granted <br />a Federal Exploration License from the BLM.
