mining operation. The Platner hric~ge is farther than 200 feet
from the pit boundaries. One access road passes to tP~e r,orr,h
of the landowner's farmstead. The agreement with the .land-
owners stipulates that. the road be kept. in as good o.f condition
as at present i~ith no interference to Mr. Firick's operations.
