Febbraro, Jr. boated in the S %., NW '/<, Section 7, T ~2S, <br />R61 W, Las Animas Coi:nty, Colorado, Therefore, the following terms are agreed to: <br />1) The Landowner, Joseph Febbraro, Jr. grants the right of Ingress and Egress to <br />Febbraro Construction Co. to dperate The Broyles Pit. <br />2) Febbraro Construction Co. will be responsibi{ to see that no damage is done to <br />Any permanent rtrart-made structures.
