Specifically, you <br />should describe what a predisturbance is comprised of. How much of the predisturbance <br />lies inside the permit area, how much lies outside the permit area. Will the predisturbed <br />area be redisturbed? If so, Kiowa County will be responsible for reclaiming the redisturbed <br />areas. It is best that you describe this condition in as much detail as possible so you will <br />not be cited for a possible violation in the future. <br />3) You need to provide the Division with proof that the adjacent landowners have been <br />notified of the permit application. Proof can consist of signed return receipts of a Certified <br />mailing or by proof of personal service. <br />4) You need to submit the properly executed Exhibit L agreement regarding the nearby man- <br />made structure (fence). <br />As soon as the Division receives adequate responses to the above items this permit application <br />can be approved. The permit will issue as soon as a Performance Warranty is received. <br />Remember, the revised decision due date is August 2, 2000. If you find you need additional time <br />to respond to this adequacy letter please submit a request for an extension of the due date. <br />If you have any questions, please give me a call. <br />
