4.05.14 Transfer of Wells <br />• Colowyo does not plan to transfer any monitoring wells to water wells. <br />The 13 permitted and bonded wells (11 monitoring and 2 potable) include <br />TC-1, TC-3, North Goodspring Well, A-6 well, A-3 Well, Gossard #1 Well, 5 <br />Streeter Fill Wells(W6900S, W6900N, W6700 and two collapsed piezometer <br />wells), Section 16 Fill well, and the West Pit Fill well. <br />4.05.15 Water Rights and Replacement <br />Colowyo, if necessary, will replace the water supply of any owner of <br />interest in real estate who obtains all or part of a supply of water for <br />domestic, agricultural, industrial or other legitimate use from an <br />underground or surface source where the water supply has been affected by <br />the mining operation. <br />Colowyo does not anticipate that any water supply or water right of any <br />owner of interest will be affected by the mining operation. Detailed <br />information on the Colowyo augmentation plan is set forth in the <br />Hydrology Information Exhibit (Exhibit 7). <br />4.05.16 Discharge of Water into an Underground Mine <br />No surface water will be diverted into any underground mine workings. <br />4.05.17 Post-mining and Rehabilitation of Sedimentation Ponds, <br />Diversions, Impoundments, and Treatment Facilities <br />No treatment facilities are planned. Approved permanent sedimentation <br />ponds, stock ponds, and permanent diversions will be left in place. <br />These structures will be maintained in an appropriate condition before <br />the Permit .area is abandoned by repairing any necessary portions, <br />cleaning sediment and debris out, establishing appropriate vegetation and <br />providing soil stabilization. <br />4.05.18 Stream Buffer Zones <br />Stream buffer zones have been identified along Goodspring Creek and <br />Taylor Creek and, where necessary, have been posted with stream buffer <br />zone signs. <br />• 4.05-16 <br />gevision Submitted 3 <br />Revision No. _ T <br />
