Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Tnn~e <br />Please be advised that on February 15, 2006, Benson Brothers, whose address and telephone number are 21240 Austin <br />Rd., Ausfin, CO 81410; (970) 835-3128, filed an Amendment application to M-2005-071, Benson Brothers Red Shale <br />Pit, which is located at or neaz Section 13, Township 135, Range 95 W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Delta County. The <br />application decision is scheduled for May 16, 2006. <br />A copy of the application is available for review, unless you receive a CD, at the Delta County Clerk & Recorder's office <br />and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections of the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted <br />within twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process <br />by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
