• • i <br />EXHIBIT' "E" <br />The reclamation plan is to restore the mesa top to <br />essentially its pre-mining condition. After mining, the <br />subsurface will be smooth-graded and the topsoil will be <br />replaced and the entire area seeded in accordance with BLM <br />specifications.
