• • i <br />EXHIBIT' "E" <br />The reclamation plan is to restore the mesa top to <br />essentially its pre-mining condition. After mining, the <br />subsurface will be smooth-graded and the topsoil will be <br />replaced and the entire area seeded in accordance with BLM <br />specifications. See Exhibit "G". <br />In addition to all BLM requirements outlined in <br />Exhibit "G", topsoil will be enriched with fertilizer as <br />required based on soil nutrient tests which will be made <br />from stockpile samples shortly before topsoil re-distribution. <br />Final slopes, after reclamation will be approximately <br />equal to the pre-mining slopes - i.e. 3% over most of the area <br />with 15 - 20% slopPS to the sides and a0% off tfi~ end (r.~rthes~t;. <br />of the area. <br />While the BLM requirements must be met undex' the terms <br />of the contract, Exhibit "G", the recommendation of SCS contained <br />in the letter of March 4, 1980, Exhibit "D", are considered <br />''determinations for purpose of NiLRB requirements and release of <br />the reclamation bond'. <br />EXHIBIT "E" - RECLAMATION PLAt7 <br />Ron Ebberts - Disappointment Valley <br />San Miguel County <br />February 25, 1980 <br />REVISED: Plarch 6, 1980 <br />
