Long <br />D ie ision Dneaor <br />On April 28, 1993, the Mined Land Reclamation Board approved with conditions <br />your 112 permit application. The conditions to the approval are noted below: <br />Stipulation No. O1 <br />OBTAIN SHPO CLEARANCE BEFORE OPERATION CAN BEGIN. <br />The Division received SHPO clearance from the Colorado Historical Society on <br />June 25, 1993. A financial warranty of $37,750.00 was set by the Board for <br />this operation. You must submit the financial warranty and performance <br />warranty in order for us to issue a permit. We have enclosed a performance <br />warranty form with this letter for your use. Please have the financial <br />warranty and performance warranty signed by an appropriate officer, notarized, <br />and return it to us. <br />PLEASE NOTE THAT MINING OPERATIONS MAY NOT COMMENCE UNTIL A PERMIT HAS BEEN <br />ISSUED BY THE DIVISION AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR PERFORMANCE WARRANTY. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincer,.~ly, <br />~,~~.~~ <br />William C.
