Monks Plant No. 1" - File No. 83-193 <br />Pioneer Sand Co., Inc. - "Vollmer Road Sand and Gravel Pit' - <br />Ftle No. 71-174 <br />Dear Mr. Monks: <br />Our Division has received, reviewed, and approved your Financial and <br />Performance Warranties for the above-captioned operation, with one minor <br />change to the Performance Warranty. I added the legal description of the <br />35-acre permit area to the Performance Warranty as "Exhibit A". This legal <br />description was the same one that was attached to your financial Warranty. <br />Unless I hear from you to the contrary, I will assume that this addition to <br />the Performance Warranty meets with your approval. <br />Therefore, enclosed please find two signed copies of the mining and <br />reclamation permit for this operation. Please sign each copy 1n the spaces <br />indicated, having your signature notarized in each case. Then, retain one <br />copy for your flies and return the other to our Division within two weeks. <br />This will complete the permitting requirements for this operation. <br />Please be advised that all of your original application materials, as well as <br />any subsequent adequacy exchanges between your consultant and our Division, <br />are considered an integral part of your permit and are incorporated by <br />reference. It 1s presumed that you have a copy of all of these materials; <br />therefore, none has been enclosed with this mailing.
