Wayne Tatman <br />points of compliance. <br />December 14, 1994 <br />{c) Drainage Control: Describe the measures used to divert upland <br />drainage away from the site both during and after operation. This <br />must include design details demonstrating the capacity of ditches <br />and impoundment structures to contain operating solutions and the <br />volume of water generated by a one hundred (100) year 24-hour <br />rainfall event. <br />(d) Maos and Plans: Design drawings must, at a minimum, describe <br />specific design details for tailing ponds and embankments, ponds and <br />ditches, ore and tail transport systems, and ground and surface <br />water monitoring systems. <br />EXHIBIT F - List of Other Permits and Licenses Required - Rule 6.3.6: <br />Provide a statement identifying which of the following permits, licenses <br />and approvals held or obtained in order to conduct the proposed mining <br />and reclamation operations: effluent discharge permits, air quality <br />emissions permits, radioactive source materials licenses, disposal of <br />dredge and fill material (404) permits, permit to construct a dam, well <br />permits, highway access permits, U.S. Forest Service permit e, Bureau of <br />Land Management permits, county zoning and land use permits, and city <br />zoning and land use permits. <br />EXHIBIT I - Proof of Filing with County Clerk - Rule 6.3.9: You must <br />provide an affidavit or receipt indicating the date on which the <br />application was placed for public review with the Boulder County Clerk <br />and Recorder. <br />EXHIBIT J - Proof of Mailing Notices of Permit Aoolication - Rule 6.3.10: <br />You must submit proof of mailing of the "Notice of Permit Application" <br />sent to the Boulder County Board of Commissioners. Proof maybe submitted <br />in the form of a date-stamped receipt for Certified Mailing or a <br />date-stamped copy of the notice form with signature acknowledging <br />personal service and receipt by the Commissioners. <br />You may amend the application by submitting the requested items. In <br />accordance with Rule 1.8, a decision date will be established 30 days from the <br />date of receipt of ALL requested items. If You have published notice in the <br />local newspaper you will need to republish notice which specifies the final <br />date for receiving comments is 10 days after the date of publication or the <br />next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
