The particulate emission control measures listed on the attached page (as approved by the <br />Division) shall be applied to the particulate emission producing sources as required by Regulation <br />No. 1, Section III.D.1.b. <br />2. This permA is for mining related activities only, arty process equipment (i.e. crushers, screens, <br />etc.) to be located at this site must have a separate permit from the Division. (Reference: <br />Regulation No. 3, Part B, Section III.E.) <br />3. The Divisbn's approval of the control plan R based on the subMlted production levels~as listed <br />below. ~ Prior to any increase fn dally or annual production rates, the applicant shall submit an Air <br />Pollutant Emissbn Notice and Control Plan revisbn which will be subJect to Divison review and <br />approval to ensure compl'wnce with the Natbnal Ambient Atr Qual'ily Standards for particulate <br />.matter.
