Description shall be by township, <br />range, and section, to at least the neazest quarter-quarter section. A metes and bounds survey description <br />is also acceptable. Also, the street address or lot number(s) may be used. At a <br />minimum, you must include a description of the vegetation and soil characteristics in the azea of the <br />proposed operation. At a <br />nilnimum, you must identify any permanent man-made structures within two hundred (200) feet of the <br />affected azea and the owner of each structure.
