Vege-.stien found in th~~ inventory is mainly nat-v? <br />grasses such as blue gr.a,r~a, western wheatgrass, red threeawn, sideoats <br />grams, bettlebr~!sh sgc;rreltaii, ring rnuhly, mountain mahogany, needle- <br />and-thread, muttongrass, and other natives. The forbs found in this <br />inven±ory were mainly hairy goldaster, pingue, senecio, herbaceous <br />cinquefoil, veto„ crazyweed, scarlet gilia, and other native forbs. <br />Shrubs found in this inventory were fringed sagebrush, ra6bitbrush, <br />broom snal;eweed, and plains pricl<;lypear. The tree species found on this <br />site were rocky mountain juniper, ponderosa pine, and pinyon pine. This <br />site was mapped as being in the Pinyon Juniper Woodland Site with <br />inclusions of Mountain Loam 13-18" PPT on the open grassy areas. The <br />site is in good condition. <br />POTENTIAL VEGETATION: In good condition the potential plant community <br />for this site is mainly of grasses such as mountain muhly, western <br />wheatgrass, and needle-and-thread, with blue grama, Arizona fescue, <br />bottlebrush squirreltail, and ring'muhly. Some forbs native to this <br />site are curlycup gumweed, 6uchwheat, mill<vetch, lupine, pingue, and <br />tufted eveningprimrose. The native shrubs and half-shrubs are <br />rab6itbrush, broom snakeweed, fringed sagebrush, winterfat, plains <br />pricl<lypear, and soapweed yucca. Trees common to the site are pinyon <br />pine, roc4:y mountain juniper, and an occaisional ponderosa pine in <br />depressions or drainage~.~ays. <br />NOXIOUS WEEDS: No nor.ious weeds were found on this site at the time of <br />the inventory and evaluation. <br />VEGETATION PLAN: See the CO-ECS-S Grass Seeding Plan for my <br />recommendation. <br />OTHER REMARk:S: Should noxious weeds be found on the site during <br />reclamation or before, the producer should take steps immediately <br />towards control.
