This revision application is not intended to modify the term or expiration <br />date of the second permit term. Prior to the end of the second permit <br />term, EFCI plans to apply for an additional 5 year extension of the <br />permit. <br />2.01.6 PERMIT FEES <br />The required permit fees were paid at the time the original permit <br />application was submitted.
