PUBLIC NOTICE
Clear Creek District Water Providers, LLC, 5460 South Quebec St., Suite 110,
Greenwood Village, CO 80111, 303-773-1005, has filed an application for a Regular
(112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the
Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed project is known as the MMRR
Quarry and is located at or near that part of the NW '/+ of the SE '/+ of Section 26,
Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6th Principle Meridian lying North of the Right-
of-Way for State Highway 119, and the S %2 of the SW Y. and the S % of the SE '/+ of
Section 23, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6`h Principle Meridian, and the SW
'/, of the NW Y+ and the NW '/+ of the SW '/+ of Section 25, Township 3 South, Range 72
West of the 6`h Principle Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is early 2005, and the proposed date of
completion is early 2015. The proposed future use of the land is a rock quarry.
