Will either the landowner or the mine site operator receive any type of compensation, <br />i.e., monetary, in-kind, etc., from the proposed material extraction? <br />12. Please supply a copy of any documents that will ensure that the area of extraction will <br />be reclaimed to some beneficial land use once extraction activities have been <br />completed. <br />13. Do you have permits for this activity from any other governmental agencies, and, if so, <br />what are they? <br />14. Are there state/federal/local agencies participants in terms of funding (yes) (no), <br />design (yes) (no). What are the percentages? <br />that the activities will be performed as represented. If we receive a complaint, we are <br />to conduct an inspection of the site. <br />Send the petition to the Division, and we will make a determination or schedule the petition before <br />the B and at its next meeting. Normally, the Board meets each month in Denver for two days. The <br />meet~ngs are held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street, starting at 9:00 a.m. The next monthly <br />meet ng of the Board is June 26-27, 1996. <br />If the a is a hearing on this matter, we recommend that you or your representative be present at the <br />meet ng when your petition is considered. You are encouraged to make your own presentation and <br />answ r questions by the Board. The Division will not make your arguments for you. We will, <br />howe er, schedule consideration of your petition by the Board. <br />If we~schedule this matter for a Declaratory Order hearing, you should prepare 10 copies of the <br />mate tal you wish to present to the Board. We need to receive your material 10 days prior to the <br />sched led Board hearing date, so that we have time to distribute your copies to the Board for their <br />use daring the meeting. <br />
