As we
discussed, the following operations would need in tvt ua and separate permitting:
^ Concrete batch plant. „
^ Asphalt batch plant.
^ Crushing and screening operations.
^ Gravel pit operations (removal, transport, etc) - i.e., fugitive dust permit.
The batch/process operations should already be permitted by the operators if you are planning to
subcontract these operations -you might wish to check. If not, since these plants are usually
portable, it would still be the operator's responsibility to obtain a permit from the Air Pollution Control
Division (APCD).
If you require assistance in filling these forms out, you may contact either Hans Buenning or myself
at the APCD at 303-692-3150.
Sincerely,
r~
oe Molloy q
Engineer/Reviewer ~°Cq.
Stationary Sources Section J `~Lio,,,
Air Pollution Control Division ~/~ ~ _V
D; O, r ~ r
enclosures Y ''•~;~h,~ '~ ,~~
- "j J
•~ •'.:'f.. f Y
- •~ C~ `9
a
x0,~
y
