Water Resources: <br />Noted. <br />2. Vegetation Information: <br />Please delete any reference of establishing a berm <br />around the pond in this reclamation permit. <br />The pond shoreline will run along the permit boundary <br />leaving no disturbed land available for reclamation. <br />Enclosed is the the revised map with the berm deleted. <br />Exhibit E <br />This eliminates requirements of stockpiling topspil, <br />deferring grazing until vegetation establishment, and any <br />other vegetation or re vegetation information necessary. <br />In the event that more than 15 feet of exposed land area <br />remains beyond the shoreline after mining, the operator will <br />reclaim it in the following manner: <br />Engineering & Environmental Services <br />~~ r9~ <br />i r~ . <br />
