MINING PLAN:
The mining operation will consist of removing gravel from the
site in trucks. Front-end loaders and bulldozers will be used
for actual extraction of materials. The mining will begin at a
suitable location in the Northwest corner of the site (See
Exhibit C). From that point, mining operations will advance in a
Southeasterly direction, staying within the boundaries.
