<br />BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />File No. M-97-086 <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE SILOAM STONE PIT APPLICATION <br />FINAL DECISION AND ORDER <br />The Formal Public Hearing on the Siloam Stone Pit Application was held on February <br />25, 1998, during the regulaz meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Boazd"), at <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado. <br />PRELIMINARY MATTERS <br />The Boazd reviewed the Proposed Pre-Hearing Conference Order and adopted it without <br />modification. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER <br />Following disposition of the Preliminary Matters, the Boazd proceeded to consider the <br />Proposed Application. <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology ("the Division") was represented by Assistant <br />Attomey General Stephen M. Brown. Assistant Attorney General Jill M.M. Gallet appeared as <br />Counsel to the Boazd. Applicant Ferd A.
