Interocean, Holyoke, Colorado (970-8~4- <br />24~4) have filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited [mpact (110) and <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd under provisions <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for the extraction of construction <br />materials. The proposed mine is known as the Ward Pit, and is located in the NW % of <br />the NWl/4, Section 31, T9N, R43W ofthe 6`" P.M., Phillips County, Colorado. The <br />proposed date of commencement is as soon as possible and the proposed date of <br />completion is indefinite. The proposed future use of the land is farmland.
