• Conditional ilea Applications are revierad b~he Planning <br />Uapartmant and referred to the Planning Commission. The Planning <br />Commission will review the application, heal comments from the <br />A~~plicaut, and yive its recommendation to the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />• It ie cacuired that the applicant, landowner, or agent attend the <br />Planning Commission meeting and recommended that they attend the <br />Board of County Commieeionere meeting. <br />• All lorme era due to the Planning Department tan (10) days before <br />the Planning Commission meeting. After Planning Commission review, <br />legal notices are sent 6y the County to the affected property <br />owners at least fifteen (15) days prior to consideration by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />• Approval o! a Conditional Use Application permits a designated <br />uea on a site without time limitation, unless specifically noted <br />otherwise. This Conditional Uee Permit ie for Applicant only and <br />i^ not transferred with the property. The designated use should be <br />developed on that site within two years of the date of approval of <br />the Conditional Uae Appllcstion. Pailurs to develop in the two <br />year period may cause the application to be reconsidered by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />• The applicant end/or owner is responsible for anauring that all <br />applicable property development standards for the zone district are <br />complied with.
