Also, to include coal <br />truck hauling and road maintenance activities. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (257-101 et ~.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. The fugitive dust control measures listed on the attached page (as proposed <br />in the Fugitive Dust Control Plan submitted to the Division) shall be <br />applied to the dust producing sources as required by Regulation No. 1. <br />2. (a) Combined coal handling rate of Santa Fe loadout N1 and d2 shall not <br />exceed the following limitations: 1850 tons/day and 259,000 tons/year. <br />(b) Coal handling rate of Santa Fe loadout b2 (C-12,099FD) shall be <br />• limited to 350 tons/day and 50,000 tons/year. A loading rate of <br />1,000 tons/day up to 50,000 tons/year (as requested) shall be <br />permissible only if Santa Fe loadout N1 facility is not operating <br />at the same time. <br />-continued- <br />602 <br />
