Cn Liarch t3 , 1982, the Mined Land Reclamation Br.ard of <br />the Colorado epartment o atural Resources (the "Stata") nranted to <br />Jean Blue address 0406 County Hd 104 <br />CarUondale, Colorado ("Permittee") permit numher <br />L1-207 (the "Permit") pursuant to which Permittee has heen cnnductira a <br />mining and reclamation operation in the County of State of <br />Colorado, <br />B. Permittee wishes to assign the permit to Western Slope Aggregates <br />address post Office Box 91U <br />- le Colorado ~1G23 as Successor Qperator ("Successor"1 <br />an uccessor w75 es to ecome uccessor ermittee under the permit, <br />C. Successor understands that the reclamation plan (the "Plan") <br />required by the permit and by applicahle State laws and reoulatiens has rot <br />heen completed and is willing to assume full responsibility for the completion <br />of the Plan. <br />II. <br />AGREEMENTS <br />Petmittee and Successor hereby agree, for their own henefit and for the <br />benefit of the State, such agreements to he effective ipso facto upon the <br />approval by the State of the transfer of the Permit. from ~ermittee to <br />Successor, as follows: <br />1, Successor has inspected the mining and reclamation operations to its <br />entire satisfaction and is fully aware of the condition thereof, Successor <br />understands and accepts all of the cenditinns of the Permit. <br />2. Successor will complete the reclamation plan, and he rehy assumes <br />liability for completing such plan as to all areas heretofore disturbed, as <br />well as to all areas hereafter disturbed.
