Effluent Limitations <br />PART[ <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through June 31, 2006, the pemtittee is authorized <br />to dischazge from outfalls 001 and 005. <br />N accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Dischazge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R 10021, the permitted discharge shall not <br />contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the <br />specified flow limitations. <br />a. Whole Effluent Toxicity -Chronic Lethality Limitation for Outfall 001 <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through June 30, 2006, there shall be no statistically significant difference in <br />lethality (at the 95% confidence level) between the control and any effluent concentration less than or equal to 66% <br />effluent.
