We are still <br />awaiting your re~~y 0! 6he Div#3ion of Water Resources Memol <br />The U.S. Armyr Corps of Engineers has been asked for an inspection and <br />written determination as to whether or not b~1s proposed mining operation <br />needs a 404 Dredge and F111 Permit. <br />In reference to your letter of January 30, 1980, all true typsoialmeet <br />be salvaged for later use 1n reclamation. The Empire Laboratories report <br />shows that approximately 1 foot of topsoil occurs on the site.
