Stockpiles are appropriately marked with conspicuous signs <br />made of a durable material. Generally, stockpiled topsoil will not be <br />moved until required for redistribution on a regraded area. Topsoil <br />will be redistributed so as to achieve an approximate uniform and <br />stable thickness and to minimize compaction.
