Tim Myers <br />Page 2 <br /> On new areas that are disturbed in the future, the topsoil should be <br /> stockpiled to use in reclaiming the finished site. The top 12 or 18 <br /> inches can be saved in most places and will provide adequate soil for <br /> reclamation.
