• Horst Posslbie Subsidence Consequences
The following paragraphs describe the worst possible consequences of
subsidence which may occur to the various structures and renewable re-
source lands within the permit end adfacent areas. It should be noted
that only those structures or renewable resource lands within the area
of influence of the full extraction mining area can be exposed to the
worst possible subsidence consequences.
Snovmass Coal proposes to institute a subsidence tontrol plan to insure
that all structures and all renewable resource lads, with the exception
of sandstone aquifers, witl lay outside the area Qf influence from full
extraction mining. This subsidence control plan /s presented in Section
• 4.6.1.5.3.
Structures. All the structures listed 1n Table 4.6.1.5.1-1 will be lo-
cated out5lde the area of Influence of full extraction mining. There-
fore no damage nor diminution of value will occur as a result of min-
ing.
Renewable Resource Lands. H1th the exception of the sandstone aquifers,
the renewable resource lands listed in Table 4.6.1.5.1-2 will be located
outside the area of full extraction mining. Therefore no damage nor
diminution of value will occur to these renewable resource lands as a
result of mining.
r1
LJ
22
