Dinkel: <br />Upon reviewing your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit, received <br />December 17, 1990, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated <br />regulations. <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Eeclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978): <br />Exhibit F - Source of Legal Right-to-Enter: Please submit a current tax <br />receipt showing taxes have been paid on the land to be mined by Jack Pine <br />Eā¢lining Company. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />Sincer , <br />. ~~~-c <br />H.
