i ~ <br />MINED LAND WILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUATION (Revised) <br /> <br />for limited impact and select regular mine applications <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit .for: <br />- Sand and Gravel - NE's SE's and SE'y SE'y, Sec. 13, T6N, R56W, Morgan County <br />Name/Tune and Location of Mine (Leeal) <br />Wildlife Species list: Deer, antelope, badger, coyote, fox, skunk, raccoon, rabbits, <br />dove, raptors, numecous seasonal songbirds and small rodents. <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: No known threatened or endangered species. <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: N.A. <br />Assessment of impact: Minor - area to be mined is in a dry land pasture and indicates <br />rather heavy livestock use in the past. <br />Mine Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration <br />is designed). <br />Concur with SCS plan, however, iE the reseeding is to be successful it should <br />be fenced to protect from livestock until it is established. <br />Prepared By: Don Bogart 1\ /'?,t ~~t7~ <br />Submitted By: <br />This statement is void if not processed within 1 year. <br />This analysis does not constitute approval of application. <br />Date: Aueust 25. 1986 <br />Date <br />.,___ ~ _~ <br />
