The pro,7ect mining and <br />' reclamation plan has been designed to protect the interests <br />of the ditch company. The Fulton Ditch is a mayor water <br />conveyance structure in the area, There are no other knr_~wn <br />' water rights in the area that would be affected by this <br />operation, <br />The mining area will maintain a setback of 100 feet from the <br />' ditch. Historic drainage from the site goes to <br />the Northwest ar~d eventually flows into the river.
