A licrnsed blasting contractor, who is yualilird and <br />maintains the exprrtise in all phases of the work, will <br />conduct blasting. <br />2. The blasting contractor++•ill br rntirrly responsible for <br />supphinG, storage, and h:uulliut; of all blastinG <br />materials, in addition, hr will maintain the security, <br />tr:+llic control if blasting within I OOU ft, of any public <br />road as prescribrtl within this document. <br />3. There will be no shooting ,within 50 fret of a buried <br />phone line, or,+•ithin 100 ft. of public Road, and 750 ft. <br />of a paved State Road 9. <br />4. All shot holes will be su•nuned (covered) with a <br />minimum of 2 ft. of dirt on hobs lrss than 15 feet <br />deep, and 3 ft. of dirt on hobs ,which arc greater than <br />15 feet deep, prior to any shot being set olY•. <br />
