c) General Limitations - Active and Post-Hining Outfalls
1. There shall be no discharge of sanitary waste waters from
toilets or related facilities.
2. There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam
in ocher than trace amounts.
3. No chemicals are to be added to the discharge unless
permission for the use of a specific chemical is granted by
the Division.
4. There shall be no land application of wastewater, other than
for dust control.
