(MCC) submits the enclosed Technical Revision application for <br />constructing an access road, installing two (2) drill pads and four (4) Methane Drainage Wells (MDWs) <br />in Section 14, Township 13 South, Range 90 West, 6th PM. The project is in Box Canyon and the wells <br />aze named MDW 20-04, 20-05, 21-OS and 21-06. Enclosed aze three copies of the Public Notice, the <br />Application Form, a Plug and Abandon schematic, a proposed engineering design for the well, and the <br />proposed Project Plan. <br />This technical revision application proposes an increase of 1.0 acre of disturbance to the lands within the <br />existing permit azea.
