Wadsworth Blvd, Suite 300, Lakewood, <br />CO 80235; (303) 989-0300, filed an application to conduct surface mining <br />and reclamation, at or near Section 19, Township 25, Range 67W, 6th Prime <br />Meridian, in Adams County.
