Shelton <br />Director <br />RE: VRLCO/La mar Concrete Division - "Lamar [Jest Pit" <br />Our file no. 81-132 <br />Dear Buck: <br />Enclosed please find the evaluation letter from the Division of Water Resources <br />concerning the mining and reclamation permit application for the above cap- <br />tioned operation. The content of this letter is basically as an ticioated by <br />us in our previous correspondence concerning water issues. Thus, the addition <br />of the standard stipulation concerning water to the permit seems to have been <br />appropriate. <br />Today, the Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />permit application with the two stipulations that we <br />two stipulations is enclosed. Bond was set at $7,16 <br />disturbance (also as we discussed). I have enclosed <br />surety form for NALGO's use.
