Dept. o Natural Resources <br />Attn: Mr. Mark Loye <br />RE: Submittal of additional required Wildlife information regarding he <br />Domenic Leone Gardner Gravel Operation Limited Impact Mining Pe it. <br />Dear Mark, <br />Please find enclosed a copy of information received from t~e <br />Colorado Wildlife Conservation Division regarding wildlife considers ions <br />regarding the intended mining operation. <br />The information presented in their investigation appears t agree <br />with the conclusions already stated in the limited impact applicatio submitted. <br />Based upon the recommendations state in their investigation I see no reason to <br />further adjust the submitted application as the Intended slope ratio and <br />reclamation plans excede the desires of the Wildlife Division. <br />I believe the information completes the requirements broug t to my <br />attention. Please inform me if I am correct and also inform me of th quickest <br />manner by which I can complete bonding and any other steps necessary to begin <br />operations. <br />Again, thank you for your helpful working manner and cordt 1 attitude. <br />It makes the ,job easier and makes it seem like service from the gov rnment is <br />possible. <br />John R.
