April 10, 2007 <br />Colorado First Conservation District <br />Moffat County <br />356 Ranney <br />Craig, CO 81625 <br />SUBJECT: Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo); Neilson Pit Permit Application <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Colowyo Coal Company is submitting a permit application for the Neilson Pit to conduct mineral <br />extraction mining under the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials in T4N, R93W, SENW 1/4 of <br />Section 27 in Moffat County.
