• included in or continguous to the permit area is shown on <br />Figure lA. <br />(b) The boundaries of land within the permit <br />area upon which Wyoming Fuel Company has the legal right to <br />enter and begin surface mining activities are shown on <br />(c) The boundaries for the total life of the <br />operation are presented on Figure 2 of this application. Future <br />mining could follow north of Section 10 into Section 3. <br />(d) The locations of all buildings on and within <br />1000 feet of the permit area with identification of the current <br />use of the buildings is indicated on Figure 2 of this application. <br />(e) Figure 2 of this application shows the location <br />of surface manmade features within, passing through, or passing <br />over the permit area.
