EXHIBIT E RECLAMATION PLAN

The Ruby Trust workings are confined to an area of 300'x100'
on the patented claim Circassian #160. The improvements on the
property consist of three buildings a change room (10'x20')
a shop (10'x14') ~ and a shed over a generator (10'x18'). Also
a snow shed was built about 40' out from the portal to provide
storage room and snow protection. There is no other surface
disturbance. Since the county road goes right past the mine entrance
no road building was necessary.
The only reclamation to be done would be to remove any of the
buildings which the property owner didnt want left on the premesis~
however, it was agreed upon with the leasor that all improvements
would become part of the property. All of the mining equipment is
very mobile and would be removed and sold upon termination of the
lease.
EXHIBIT F PROOF OF LOCAL GOVERMENT APPROVAL
See attached letter.
EXHIBIT G SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER
See attached notorized statement.
EXHIBIT H RECLAMATION COSTS
It is not anticipated that there be any reclamation costs.
At cessation of operations all of the equipment would be very
saleable and removed for its inherent value.

S E P •? ~ 1979
rfiNED LAND RECLA.r~iATIO~J
Colo.
