VI. PROCEDURE <br />The Division, parties and members of the public shall make presentations in the following order. <br />The time limits set out below are maximum limits and shall be strictly enforced. The Board, in its <br />discretion, may allow additional time when warranted. The Board has the right to limit any <br />redundant or irrelevant testimony. As noted below, all parties will be afforded an opportunity to <br />conduct cross-examination of any witnesses that testified during the presentation. <br />Board's Consideration and Adoption of the Pre-hearing Order: <br />The Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall present this Pre-hearing Order to the Boazd for <br />adoption. The Boazd will heaz any objections to the proposed Order at that time, and will <br />make any necessary amendments prior to adopting the Order. <br />2. Division's Introduction: <br />The Division shall have 5 minutes in which to present an overview of the application. <br />Applicant's Presentation: <br />The Applicant shall have 30 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Board. <br />Witnesses maybe cross-examined following their testimony. <br />4. Objector's Presentations: <br />The Objector(s) shall have 70 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Boazd. <br />Witnesses may be cross-examined following their testimony. <br />5. Division's Presentation: <br />The Division shall have 30 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Boazd. <br />Witnesses may be cross-examined following their testimony. <br />6. Public Comment Period: <br />Members of the public who aze not parties to this action shall have 5 minutes collectively <br />to address the Boazd. <br />Rebuttal Statement -Applicant: <br />The Applicant shall have 15 minutes to make a rebuttal statement. <br />8. Rebuttal Statement -Objector's <br />The Objector(s) shall have 30 minutes to make a rebuttal statement. <br />9. Rebuttal Statement -Division <br />
