PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Yocam Stone, LLP, 19505 CR 215, Pritchett, CO 81064, has filed an application for a Conshuction <br />Materials Limited Impact (I 10) Reclamation Pennit with the Colonmdo Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board under provisions with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for etcttaction of <br />Construction materials. The proposed mine is known as the Buffalo Stone Quarty, and is located in <br />Section 35, T-30.5, R-51-W, 6th P.M., Las Animas County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date ofcommencement is September, 2007 and the proposed date of <br />completion is 2027 The proposed future use of the land is rangeland. <br />Additional information and a tentative decision date may be obtained at the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety,1313 Shemman Street, Rm 2] 5, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at <br />the office of the Las Animas County Cleric and Recorder, Trinidad, Colorado. <br />Written comments to the application mud be received at the office of the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division no later than 4:00 p.m. on the 16 day of September 2007. <br />Yocam Stone, LLP <br />19505 CR 215 <br />Pritchett CO 81064 <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.
