Property Rights <br />The issuance of this perzi.c does not convey any property or water <br />rights 1a either real or personal property, or stream flows, or any <br />ereluslve privileges; nor does St authorize any injury to privaee <br />property or any invasion of personal rights, nor any infringement of <br />Federal, State or local laws ar regulations. <br />10. Severability <br />The prav±sians of this perait are severable. If any provisions of <br />this perait, or the appLicatioa of any provision aF this permit [o <br />any elreu;~ cance, Ss held iava?Sd, the application o: such provision <br />to other circumstances and the apnlleatiaa of the recalader of this <br />permit shall not be affected. <br />11. Renewal Avnlicatian <br />If the pe=mittee desires to continue to discharge a oe:mic renewal <br />application shall be submitted at least one hundred eighty (1B0) days <br />before this perait expires. If the per mittee antieipaees there x111 <br />be no discharge after the expiration date of this permit, the <br />Division should be promptly notified so that it can terminate the <br />permit Sn accordance xith Patt II.B.6. <br />l . 12. Coafidentlality <br />Any information relating to any secret process, method of manufacture <br />or production, ar sales or marketing data which has been declared <br />eoafidencial by the per~ittee, and which may be acquired, <br />ascertained, or discovered, whether in any sampling investigation, <br />emergency investigatlan, or othezwlse, ahall not be publ±cly <br />disclosed by nay member, office=, or employee of the Commission or <br />the Division, but shall be kept eonfideatial. Any aerson seeking to <br />invoke the protection of this Subsection (2) shall bear the burden of <br />proving its applieabillcy. This section shat never be interpreted <br />as preventing full disclosure of effluent data. <br />13. Fees <br />The permictee is required to submit pa;rmenc of an annual !ee as set <br />forth in the 1983 amendments co the tracer Quality Control Act. <br />Section 25-8-502 (1) (b), and State Discharge Permit Regulations SCCR <br />1002-2, Section 6.1c.0 as amended.
