Insoec:ians and Right co °Encrv <br />She permittee shall alloy the Director of the State Water Quality , <br />Control Div isioa, the EPA Regional Administrator, and/or their <br />authorized represencac±ve, upon the presentation of credentials: <br />a) To enter upon the permitcee's premises where a regulated <br />facility or activity 1s located or in which any records are <br />required co be kept under tae terffs and conditions of this <br />permit; <br />b) At reasonable times ca have access [o and eooy any records <br />requited to be kept wader tae terms and conditiacs of this <br />peralc and to Snsnecc any moo±toring equipment or monitoring <br />method reauired in the pe:r1=; and <br />e) To eater upon the permitcee's premises co investigate, within <br />reason, any actual, suspected, or potential source of water <br />pollution, or any violation of the Colorado F7ater Quality <br />Control net. The investigation may include, but is not Limited <br />Co, Che following: sampling of nay discharge and/or process <br />waters, the taking of photographs, incervieving permictee staff <br />.-- on alleged violetior.s, and access to any and all facilities or <br />• areas within the permlttee's premises that may have nay affetc <br />on the discharge, permit, or alleged violet*_on. <br />d) The Division shall spl±c any sa=pie taken with the permictee if <br />requested to do so by toe per=Sccee. <br />2. Duty to ?rovide Infornacion <br />The permictee shall furnish to the Division, within a reasonable <br />time, any Snformacion which tae Div±sion may request co determine <br />whether cause ezlsts for modifying, revoking and reissuing, or <br />terminating this permit, or to deterclne compliance with this <br />permit. The permittee shall also furnish co the Div±sian, uoaa <br />request, copies of records required co be kept by this permit. <br />3.
