quantities at the respective discharge points. Unless specifically

Ac the request of the i.'acer Quality Control Division, or the
Eaviroameacal Protection Agency, the per~ictee shall shoe proof of
the accuracy of nay floe-measuring device used in obtaining data
submitted in the monitoring report. the floe-aeasuring device musC
indicate values within tea (10) percent of the actual flow being
discharged frog the facility.
