J F: ;L!'. ,` i is <br /> 723 Centennial Building Colo Dept. of Natwai <br /> 1313 Sherman Street <br /> Denver, CO 80203 <br /> RE: Albert Frei & Sons application <br /> Dear Mark: <br /> Pursuant to our discussion last week regarding the Albert Frei & Sons application, <br /> and use of the access road to the south of their property, I did some checking <br /> and found that the Brannan Sand & Gravel Company does have a signed agreement <br /> with Mr. Ben Fernald, owner of the "existing gravel access road" mentioned <br /> in the foregoing application, to use this road. <br /> It seemed apparent from my inspection of the Albert Frei & Sons application <br /> that they did not have such a signed agreement, and consequently would not <br /> have legal right of access via this road.
