It is unknown if ground water draw-down will result from de-watering <br />of the area and indirectly affect any cotton woad trees. <br />Following disturbing activities on the property much of the areas are likely to 1>e <br />reclaimed with re-seeding and contouring. Because much of the disturbed areas <br />are irrigated field/grassland habitats, restoration of their functions previous to the <br />disturbances is likely to occur. Notwithstanding, creation of habitats not <br />occurring previously will also occur from removal of material from the proper y. <br />Such habitats may be ponds, back water flood storage areas, as well as wetlands. <br />More permanent impacts will result to those woodland habitats such as the pinion- <br />juniper areas impacted by access routes. <br />-------P.O.
