2.05.6(6)
The Operator will perform on-the-ground visual monitoring for subsidence
damage (including fracturing) in Sheep Corral gulch in the area where
multiple seam mining will occur. This monitoring will initially be performed
within 3 months after the bleeder entries are developed, and on a quarterly
basis thereafter during mining of the respective panels, and for six months
post mining (monitoring to be done as weather permits). The results of each
monitoring event described in the will be sent to the Forest Service and the
DMG within one month.
The results of the subsidence monitoring programs and the results of the
visual inspections for mass movement features will be submitted semi-
annually for the reporting periods ending in June and December, within 30
days of the end of the reporting periods.
(f)(vi) Map 14 & 146, Mine Plans, present the location of the underground
workings. Map 27, Subsidence shows the subsidence survey monument
locations and the limited extraction zones for Pond P-1, Hubbard Creek,
Freeman Gulch, Dove Gulch, Dove Cave and near the outcrop. The limited
extraction zone near the outcrop is shown as the 110' overburden line.
Mining in low overburden areas adjacent to the possible fault trace is
explained in section (f)(ii)(B) above.
(vii) Map 14, Mine Plan, presents the location of the underground workings
including the size, configuration, and approximate location of pillars and
entries and extraction ratios. Measures taken to prevent of minimize
subsidence are present on Maps 14, 146 and Map 27, Subsidence.
•
TR-031
2.05 - 114 - 02/04
!i PPRO v~l
S ~n~e ~!
