Du~+ to Provide Information <br />The permittee shall furnish to the Division, within a reasonable <br />tine, any information which the Division may request to determine <br />whether cause exists for revoking and reissuing, or. terminating this <br />permit, or to determine compliance with this pewit. The permittee <br />ahall.aleo furnish to the Division, upon request, copies of records <br />required to be kept by this permit. <br />3. Transfer of Ownership or Control <br />C <br />A permit may be transferred to a new permittee if: <br />a) The current pernittee notifies the Division in writing 30 days <br />in advance of the proposed transfer date; and <br />b) The notice includes a written agreement between the existing <br />and new permittees containing a specific date for transfer of <br />permit responsibility, coverage and liability between them; and <br />c) The current permittee has met all fee requirements of the State <br />Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.16.0. <br />4. Availability of Reports <br />Except for data determined to be confidential under Section 308 of <br />the Federal Clean Water Act and Regulations for the State Discharge <br />Permit System 6.6.4 (2), all reports prepared in accordance with the <br />terms of this permit shall be available for public inspection at the <br />offices of the State Water Quality Control Division and the <br />Environmental Protection Agency. <br />5. Modification. Susvension or Revocation of Permits By the Division <br />All permit modifications, termination or revocation and reissuance <br />actions shall be subject to the requirements of the State Discharge <br />Permit System Regulations, Sections 6.6.2, 6.6.3, 6.8.0 and 6.16.0, <br />5 C.C.R. 1002-2, except for minor modifications. Minor <br />modifications may only correct typographical errors, require a <br />change in the frequency of monitoring or reporting by the permittee, <br />change an interim date in a schedule of compliance or allow for a <br />change in ownership or operational control of a facility including <br />addition, deactivation or relocation of discharge points where the <br />Division determines that no other change in the permit is necessary. <br />• <br />
